Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3-4 business days.

Delivery Times
International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. While most packages arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can occur due to customs inspections or local postal service issues.
Shipping Restrictions
Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination regulations:

- Some products cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Delivery Issues
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and alternate delivery locations. If you still can't locate your package after 48 hours, contact us and we'll file a claim with the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents before opening. Contact us immediately with the photos, and we'll arrange for a replacement or refund.
Delivery Delays
While rare, delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high shipping volumes. If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, contact our support team for assistance.
Wrong Address
If you realize you've entered the wrong shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately. We may be able to update the address before the package ships. Once shipped, address changes must be made through the carrier.
Signature Requirements
Some high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes. If a signature is required and no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for pickup or redelivery.
You can typically authorize the carrier to leave the package without a signature by signing the delivery notice or contacting the carrier directly.
