7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our Content without express written permission.

7.3 User Content

By submitting content (reviews, comments, images) to our Services, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with our Services.

8. Vendor Relationships

Shinbao operates as a marketplace platform connecting buyers with independent vendors. While we facilitate transactions, the vendor is the seller of record for each product. Vendors are responsible for their products, product descriptions, pricing, and fulfillment.

We are not liable for disputes between buyers and vendors, though we may assist in resolution at our discretion.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service "As Is"

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shinbao and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shinbao and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

You waive your right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations against Shinbao.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Shinbao regarding the use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements.
